The Problem:
Hachiko had the need to engage with existing and new B2B businesses looking to up their marketing through loyalty led solutions. Their potential customers did not understand the value of the service and were not engaged with their website, ads and marketing materials. They were losing good leads due to poor engagement and education.
The Solution:
The objective of the video was educating prospective clients of their brand offering and driving consideration and conversion. By creating a short, punchy video with inclusive and relating characters, the potential customers will be able to understand the value of Hachiko and how the service works, to take action and sign up.
